VIP Farm Tour Terms & Conditions

• Children under the age of 8 are not suitable to partake in this experience.
• This experience can be booked for a maximum of 10 people – if any of the participants are under the age of 17 another of the 10 must be an accompanying participating adult.
• Participants will come into direct contact with animals and hay. The feed used contains traces of nuts. Any relevant allergies must be highlighted on the disclosure form when booking.
• This experience is not suitable for any individuals with severe allergies to farm animals, hay or straw.
• This experience should not correlate with any phobias but if you are unsure please contact the farm team prior to booking.
• Participants will be getting up close to some of our larger farm animals. Please highlight on the disclosure form if there are any concerns regarding this so the experience can be adapted if necessary.
• This experience requires individuals to follow the clothing and footwear guidelines set out in the general terms and conditions. Participants are advised to wear clothes they do not mind getting dirty, and to bring a spare change/use outer layers. Wellies are required for this experience.
• This experience can be accommodated for those who need to use mobility aids such as wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or walking aids, but this must be highlighted prior to the experience.
• All participants must be able to follow the verbal instructions provided by the experience keepers at all times throughout the experience.
