Meet the Shires Terms & Conditions

• Children under the age of 12 are not suitable to partake in this experience.
• This experience can be booked for a maximum of 6 people – if any of the participants are under the age of 17 another of the 6 must be an accompanying participating adult.
• Participants will come into direct contact with horsehair and hay. Horse feed contains traces of nuts. Any relevant allergies must be highlighted on the disclosure form when booking.
• This experience is not suitable for any individuals with severe allergies to equine animals.
• Horsehair is an often undetected allergy. Cannon Hall Farm is not liable if an individual is not aware of this allergy but then has an allergic response.
• Individuals with extreme phobias of horses will not enjoy this experience.
• This experience requires individuals to follow the clothing and footwear guidelines set out in the general terms and conditions.
• If participants own or interact with horses please wear clothing you have NOT interacted with them in 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Due to the layout of the site, and the animals involved, this experience is not suitable to those using mobility scooters, wheelchairs or walkers. Those who require assistance from crutches or walking sticks can be accommodated for – this must be highlighted prior to the experience.
• All participants must be able to follow the verbal instructions provided by the experience keepers at all times throughout the experience.
