Feed the Meerkats Terms & Conditions

• Children under the age of 8 are not suitable to partake in this experience.
• This experience can be booked for a maximum of 6 people – if any of the participants are under the age of 17 another of the 6 must be an accompanying participating adult.
• Various fruits and vegetables will be handled during the experience. Participants will come in to contact with our meerkat mob. Any relevant allergies, including fur and allergies to animals in general (particularly rodents and cat) must be highlighted on the disclosure form when booking.
• This experience requires individuals to follow the clothing and footwear guidelines set out in the general terms and conditions.
• If participants own rodents and cats at home please wear clothing you have NOT interacted with them in prior to arrival.
• Due to the necessary design of our enclosures, not all of them are accessible to those using mobility aids. This experience is not suitable to those using mobility scooters, wheelchairs or walkers. Those who require assistance from crutches or walking sticks can be accommodated for – this must be highlighted prior to the experience.
• All participants must be able to follow the verbal instructions provided by the experience keepers at all times throughout the experience.
• Meerkats will most likely be climbing on the participants during the experience. Staff must be made aware prior to the experience if they do not want this.
